Information about Polish Association Chow Gar Kung Fu.

   Polish Association Chow Gar Kung Fu was established in 1999  in Rzeszow. At school we practice: Chow Gar Kung Fu, self defense, Chi Gong and lion dance. The classes are separately for: adults, the youth and children.

   Students of school chow gar kung fu take part in shows in rzeszow and in the south-east part of Poland. Summer camps are organized  every year as to practice more chow gar and bond the groups. The school takes also part in official country championship and Polish Cup.
